What was the highlight of Holiday Express Hotel Kampala
Nice place to stay in Kampala.
Staff were very responsive, the room was spotless and it was professionally cleaned every day. Very good hot breakfast with fruit and juice, eggs cooked as you like them. There is an excellent restaurant called CJ's within a 100m. They also have a taxi driver called Fred who is a careful driver and does not overcharge.
You enter through the basement but the lift only starts at the ground floor and the button was not working but they fixed it while I was there.

What was the highlight of Holiday Express Hotel Kampala
Breakfast spread needs to have some more variety. There were cockroaches roaming around in the breakfast room as well as in pot where bread loafs were kept. To be fair, the hotel had organized pest control immediately however, this needs to be inspected frequently. I had requested for airport pick up at the time of booking, and then had called the hotel specifically for the same 2 days before my travel date. Still, no pick up was arranged and I had to call the hotel once I cam out of the airport and then had to wait for 35-40 min more.
